GK429 is a highly precise modular A/D conversion device converting output signal of resistance strain sensor into digital signal base on mV/V dimension. The product contains high precision A/D conversion, D/A conversion, MCU, digital interface and isolated power circuit. It is mainly used as a part for electric signal measurement and digital conversion in various weighing scales, force (tension, pressure, shear, torsion, etc.) testing equipment and automatic pressure control equipment.

 GK429 has a supply voltage of DC24V and provides a 5V/60mA sensor excitation power supply, The measurement signal input is differential input and the output end includes digital communication interface output and analog signal output.

With the MODBUS—RTU communication protocol, GK429 can realize working parameter configuration by read and write operations of a register.

For convenient application, GK429 also provides a configurable moving average type digital filter.

Precaution:
Negative electrode of the DC24V power supply has been connected with negative electrode of the DC5V sensor excitation power supply.
