Application:

JY500C8 bagging controller is mainly used as a control part of a gravimetric quantitative packing automatic scale with two weighing hoppers or as accumulating device of a small-flowrate discontinuously accumulating automatice scale with two feed hoppers and two weighing hoppers.
Designed with a lattice display with English words and intuitive interfaces for easy operation,JY500C12 bagging controller  is applicable to industries including building materials, chemical,food,steel and iron and feed etc. OLED display applies to low-temperature places.

Features:

*LCD(or OLED for low temperature places) with English words,can display date and time.
*Weighing hopper mode or no-weighing hopper mode for material charge,automatic zero setting(weighing hopper mode)or automatic taring(no-weighing hopper mode)
*Three-step charge flowrate control(Quick,Slow and Suppleement).During small-flowate supplementation,automatic jogging eliminates under-tolerance materials by adding small additional material amounts until within target tolerance and over-weight warning)
*Can choose quantitative control mode characterized by multiple times of quantitying and one time bagging(in no-weighing hopper mode).Can set yield,auto stop batching until reaching yield.
*28 I/O (12 inputs/16 outputs),each input can define one of 23 functions, each output can define one of 23 functions. Outputs can define active or passive.
*Functions such as on-real-object calibration and port testing for easy electric circuit maintenance.
*Interior switching power supply and overvoltage protection circuit to adapt to large voltage fluctuation.
