Pictured is a standard OPTION 4 Batching Scale System, complete with a SWITCHBOARD setup, VERTICAL MIXER and associated AUGERS. This Batching Scale System is based on 10 recipes made up of 10 products. All recipes are user programmed and can be changed at any time. Recipes are singularly processed, done to 'x' amount of runs or run until the end silo is full.

Range spans from simple 'display weight only' setups through to custom designed and PC controlled batching systems that feature batching via customer / recipe / amount setups.

7. OPTION 2 and greater systems can be custom programmed,
8. OPTION 2 and greater systems include full manual control of all plant items, even with the system PLC and READOUT removed,
9. OPTION 3 and greater systems include full error recovery, even after system or mains power failures,
10.OPTION 3 and greater systems include FEED, ADDITIVE and LIQUID SUPPLEMENT control with a batching controller,
