These compact, rugged assemblies' featuring a selection of weigh hoppers, bin vibrators, feeders and controls produce variable feed rates ranging from a few pounds to 15 tons per hour. Volumatic feeders are ideal for use in conjunction with weigh scales, packaging and bagging equipment, small batch operations, and continuous or intermittent additive feeding.
All models are driven by a combination of vibratory feeders and bin vibrators based on Eriez' patented electromagnetic AC operated drives. These energy efficient electromagnetic AC operated drive units operate with variable speed control producing stepless power from 0 to 100 % with accuracy and excellent linearity.
