Specifically designed and engineered to provide maximum operating efficiency and flexibility with minimal maintenance, the Metatecha￠ volumetric feeder features only 2 or 3 moving parts (depending upon screw size), O-ring seals for safe, dust-free operation, and a Teflon rear seal for years of maintenance-free service. Interchangeable screw/tube combinations from 1" to 6" permit feed rates from 0.3 to 550 cu. ft./hr. and a unique agitator/conditioner screw completely fills the feed screw for high accuracy of ±1 to 1 %.
The weigh feeder's versatile design also accommodates other Metalfab upstream/downstream equipment such as Convey-Alla￠ FSC Flexible Screw Conveyors, VTC Vibratory Tube Conveyors, bulk bag unloaders, Posibina￠ Bins and Bin Activators, hoppers, bag dump stations, dry material blenders, and belt feeders.
