Constr uction Machiner y and Equipment Vol. 39 No. 3 Abstracts in English Application of Fuzzy - Intelligent PID Control to Multi - Aiming at the characteristics of trenching operation for small di - function Road Snow Clear ing Vehicle Taking electro-hydraulic valve control system on multi-function road snow clearing vehicle as a study object, a fuzzy-intelligent PID (Proportion Integral Differential) combined controller which can increase operation efficiency of the vehicle is suggested in the article and verification, simulation analysis and test research are conducted in comparison with conventional PID control, fuzzy control and other control strategies.
The controller can compensate the system non-stability in conventional PID control due to certain causes while appling the advantages of simplicity, high robustness and high reliability of PID control to fuzzy control system to fully reveal the advantages of both fuzzy control and PID control. Basic knowledge of principle and characteristics of fuzzy control as well as principle of PID control is briefly described. In view of the the - oretical feasibility to combine fuzzy control with intelligent PID, fuzzy-intelligent PID controller is suggested and employed in hy - draulic system of snow clearing vehicle. Its feasibility is demon - strated by a simulation test.
An Intelligent Weighing Meter for Concr ete Mixing Plant Based on site CAN bus, the self-developed intelligent weighing meter of concrete mixing plant consists of control module for dis - play and data collecting module of sensors. The connection be - tween modules is by CAN bus. In order to enhance anti-interfer - ence ability of CAN bus nodes, the CAN bus controller, SJA1000, is not directly connected to the CAN transceiver, A82C250, but connected to it through a high speed optical coupler which makes every CAN node on bus electrically isolated. At the same time, in power system, DC-DC module, B0505LS, is adopted to power the right analog circuit in optical coupler 6N137. With different power supply, circuits on two sides of optical coupler 6N137 are isolated completely so that the module's stability is increased.
The software of new type weighting meter includes data collecting program and display control program that are respectively installed in data col - lecting module of sensors and display control module. Accuracy of the site CAN bus based intelligent weighing meter of concrete mixing plant reaches national standard grade Ⅲ and baud rate of CAN communication is at 250 kbps. The weighing meter is now under national technical patent protection and with license of mass production for instruments and metering tools.Now the meter has been equipped on concrete mixing plant of SANY group in large volume.
