1. Continuous infeed of raw material.
2. Material is divided into small sub-weights, which are then registered and discharged on to the stepping conveyor using 4 static batching scale.
3. Known weight in each compartment.
4. The optimal batch is assembled in the two selection bins from the incoming sub-weights.
The Speed Weigh Batcher is available in three versions:
* SBM3000 for up to 10 kg/22 lb
* SB3000 for10 kg/22 lb to 20 kg/44 lb.
* SBL3000 for generating accurate 10 to 20 kg (22 lb to 44lb) batches from a flow of larger product like pelagic fish
Weigh Batcher - Complete Production Lines. Both versions of the Weigh Batcher are designed to fit into existing production lines or to serve as a compact solution. The machine portions an incoming flow of products quickly and efficiently into desired size batches from 200 gr/7 oz to 20 kg/44 lb. Depending on desired throughput, Pols offers various solutions for handling products after batching.
Speed weight Batcher - Automatic packaging. Easily adapted to existing or new automatic packaging machines, the Speed Weigh Batcher can deliver batches to most types. With an automatic packaging unit, the Weigh Batcher delivers a fully automated, high throughput production.
