Composition of Concrete Mixing Plant Control System

The equipment of concrete mixing plant is composed of aggregate feeding system, powder feeding system, water and additive feeding system, transmission, mixing and storage system and electrical automatic control system. In order to achieve the purpose of accurate, fast and reliable measurement and control, the control of concrete mixing plant is realized by the combination of lower computer PLC and upper industrial computer, To ensure its reliability and functional scalability. The upper industrial computer is equipped with Siemens WinCC monitoring configuration software to realize the visual monitoring of concrete mixing production process. The lower computer PLC receives the command of the upper industrial computer, automatically and continuously controls the measurement of each part of materials according to the set formula, and automatically controls batching, feeding, mixing and discharging.
Process design of concrete mixing plant
The concrete mixing plant is composed of mixing machine, batching system (aggregate system, powder system, water supply system and additive system), pneumatic system (executive system) and control system. The function of the mixing host machine is to mix various raw materials that have been mixed according to a certain proportion. The batching system is to weigh and transport various aggregates, powders, water, additives and other raw materials required for concrete production. The pneumatic system is part of the executive unit of the control system, and switches the feeding valve, pre mixing bin door and unloading door.
During concrete production in the mixing plant, first open the feeding valves of stone and sand materials, and put the aggregate into the scale bucket for weighing. The aggregate in the scale bucket continues to increase until the electronic scale indicates the weight required for proportioning, control the blanking valve to stop feeding, and start the conveyor belt to unload the aggregate into the pre mixing bin. Similar to the above method, cement and fly ash are measured in their respective scales while aggregate is batched. After the measurement of various aggregates and powders required for the production of a large round of concrete, if the previous round of mixing has been completed, control the door of the pre mixing bin to load various materials into the mixer for mixing. Measure the water and additives while opening the door of the pre mixing bin, and directly add them to the mixer after measurement. Start mixing timing after all ingredients are completed. After the mixer has operated for the specified time, open the door of the mixer for unloading to complete a cycle of concrete production.
In order to improve the production efficiency of the mixing plant, when the mixer is mixing concrete, the weighing and measurement of aggregate, powder, etc. in the next production cycle shall be carried out at the same time. All aggregates and powders shall be stored in the mixing bin according to the required mixing proportion. After the last mixing, all materials in the mixing bin shall be put into the mixing chamber for the next round of mixing and a new round of batching at the same time. The weighing material is quickly and proportionally fed into the mixing chamber at one time, and the mixing and batching are carried out at the same time, so as to improve the actual work efficiency of concrete mixing.
