1. Foreword
Dynamic weighing system is applied to dynamic electronic weighing control system, which can quickly weigh and measure working materials and accurately control them in real time. It is widely used in weighing, metering and control of production sites in grain, chemical industry, metallurgy, building materials and other industries.
The goal of dynamic weighing: complete the weighing process automatically with the fastest speed and the best accuracy. Speed and precision are a pair of contradictions. 2 main functions of instrument
Compared with the traditional dynamic weighing instrument, the intelligent dynamic weighing instrument with adaptive scale body has the following advanced functions:
(1) When each scale body packs a material for the first time, the instrument will automatically learn and obtain the corresponding fast, medium and slow parameters and memorize them in the instrument. The later weighing process of the instrument will be controlled by these parameters.
(2) The variety number of different materials only needs to be learned once. For the same material, the user can modify the target quantity arbitrarily, and the instrument will automatically complete the weighing according to the corresponding parameters.
(3) If you need to change the current material type, you can simply change the variety number. The instrument can remember up to 10 variety numbers of different material types for users to choose.
(4) No matter whether the user's scale body adopts the two-stage or three-stage feeding mode, the instrument will adopt the two-stage feeding mode, in which three fast, medium and slow valves or two medium and slow valves are used to control the fast feeding, and the slow feeding valve is used to control the slow feeding.
(5) In order to meet the needs of small quantitative packaging, the instrument is designed to use medium and slow valves to control the fast forward working mode, and the conversion of different modes is automatically completed by the instrument according to the variety number. Among them, varieties 0-4 are the normal weighing mode and varieties 5-9 are the small quantitative packaging mode.
3 main features of instrument
Compared with traditional dynamic weighing instruments, intelligent dynamic weighing instruments have the following characteristics:
(1) Fast speed. Because the instrument adopts two-stage feeding and can automatically obtain the corresponding parameters according to the mechanical characteristics of the scale body and the weight characteristics of the weighed materials, the instrument can use the fast feeding method as much as possible to complete the feeding, and the weight of the slow feeding can be reduced to the lowest, so the feeding speed is greatly accelerated.
(2) High precision, because the slow advance is automatically obtained and can be adjusted in real time according to the changes of the mechanical characteristics of the scale body, the final quantitative accuracy is greatly improved. As long as the mechanical characteristics of the scale body can achieve the accuracy, the instrument can make it perfectly.
(3) It is easy to operate. Instead of setting fast, medium and slow parameters, users only need to call the corresponding variety number, and different target quantities of the same material only need to change the target quantity. There is no need to set or learn the corresponding fast, medium and slow parameters, but the instrument automatically obtains them according to the saved parameters.
(4) The debugging is convenient. In order to achieve the best weighing effect, the traditional dynamic weighing instrument needs to be debugged repeatedly at the work site to obtain the best fast, medium and slow parameters, which is a headache for the scale debugging staff. The satisfactory effect may not be achieved after debugging for many times, and after using for a period of time, the parameters may have to be adjusted to change the materials It has to be adjusted when necessary. Therefore, scale debugging has always been a headache for the factory.
