Preparation For Calibration of Electronic Batching Scale
Electronic batching scale is a batching device which can automatically control the batching amount of various materials according to the batching requirements and given mass ratio. In addition to the hopper, there are also weighing sensors, precision amplifiers, analog-to-digital converters, microcomputers, displays, printers and executive systems. The computer control system can control multiple batching scales and one agitator, control the time of dry mixing and wet mixing, prepare several to dozens of materials, display the batching process and print the name, quality, total quality, cycle time, formula, daily report, monthly report, etc. The computer electronic batching scale has large formula storage capacity, many batching varieties, fast speed and high accuracy. It can provide rich software and convenient program modification. It is a product with a high degree of automation.
1 preparation for calibration of electronic batching scale
(1) determine common materials
Through the observation on the use site of the tested electronic batching scale, consult the operator to determine the daily materials of the tested batching scale and pay attention to its particle size.
(2) determine daily batching points
Read the batching records on site, consult the operator and determine the daily batching quantity point.
(3) preload and repeat
Before the weighing test, the scale shall be preloaded for many times from zero to the maximum weight and repeated for several times. After the load is removed, the indication is zero and can be effectively maintained before other tests.
(4) zero setting before zero test or loading
Put the scale reading at the zero position and it can be effectively maintained after the empty scale runs for 30min.
(5) preparation before weighing test
Select enough common materials of the tested weighing instrument for dynamic weighing test; Verify the control weighing instrument, and its error shall not be greater than 1 / 3 of the maximum allowable error of the tested weighing instrument. Before the material test, the static weighing performance must be tested. During loading, it shall be gradually added to the maximum weighing point from the zero point, and then unloaded to the zero point in the same way. At least 10 weighing points shall be selected (including the maximum weighing point and the minimum weighing point). The method of adding weights is used to determine the error of each weighing point.
(6) dynamic weighing test
① Generally, at least 4 points of material test shall be conducted for the selection of test points, namely, the minimum weighing point, the maximum weighing point, a weighing point close to the minimum cumulative load and the daily batching point. The daily batching results of the tested weighing instrument shall be calibrated.
② The control weighing instrument is used to weigh the same amount of test materials as the test point.
③ Material test: pour the weighed test material into the batching hopper of the tested weighing scale, record the weighing reading of the tested batching scale, and repeat the process at least 10 times. During the material test, the automatic weighing operation shall be started. Automatic weighing operation and display can be observed and recorded on the main accumulation indicating device. For the weighed load on the control weighing instrument, its result is considered as the true value of the mass of the weighed load.
